Regular Residential Cleaning Service and Initial or Deep Cleaning


We usually recommend a initial deep cleaning to get your home in shape and then begin the ongoing service either weekly, every other week or monthly.  There is a difference between "old dirt" that has been sitting around your home for months or even years and "new dirt" . The "old dirt" has taken time to accumulate on the surfaces in your home and as a result will also need time for us to effectively remove it. That is the reason we recommend an initial deep cleaning. Simply removing the "new dirt" will not really make your home look and smell sparkling clean,  so if your budget allows for this we highly recommend an initial deep cleaning. After this is completed we can start the weekly, every other week or monthly cleanings.

How much will the initial cleaning run?

The amount of time to perform the initial cleaning will depend a lot on the size and condition of your home. Typically an initial cleaning would take a team of two of our employees between 3 to 6 hours depending on the size of your home. On an average size home in fairly reasonable shape we often can complete a initial deep cleaning in about 3 hours with two of our employees. After we have completed the initial cleaning then, based on the amount of time we have agreed to you based on your specific requirements, we will follow the system below to keep your home in good shape.

  • Magazines, catalogs, books etc.. Straightened
  • Pillows fluffed and cushions straightened

  • Switch plates and door knobs disinfected
  • Trash emptied
BATHROOMS:
  • General Dusting

  • Tile walls, bathtubs and showers cleaned and disinfected
  • Toilets cleaned and disinfected inside and out (base and behind)
  • Vanity and sink cleaned and disinfected(all items moved and cleaned)

FIRST TIME AND ONE TIME CLEANING INCLUDES ALL OF THE ABOVE PLUS:

  • Top of refrigerator, outside of all other appliances
  • Cabinets, doors, etc. cleaned
  • Ceiling fans that are reachable are cleaned
  • Top of door frames and window sills cleaned in entire home
  • Spot clean walls 
  • Clean sliding patio doors 

We can also do special projects like helping you pack or unpack if you are moving in or out of your home, Move Out and Move In cleaning's, Construction and Remodel Cleaning, etc. Please call our office to discuss your needs... in most cases we can help you or refer you to somebody who can. 

Please note that cleaning inside and oven or fridge will require extra time and is not part of our routine or initial cleaning. Also, we can do inside windows  if required. If you are looking for exterior window cleaning please call our office and we can refer you to one of our partners that specializes in window cleaning.  

Please keep in mind that our pricing is based on the amount of time that you book for the cleaning. The more time our employees have in your home the more thorough they can be. If our time is limited then our employees will do the best possible job they can in the time available.
